Hey and welcome to Mythfolks, a compendium of weird and wonderful, mythical tales and legends from around the world!

Most of the content on Mythfolks exists in the realm of the unproven, the mystical and the imagination. And it's intended to offer a light-hearted, entertaining introduction to less well known - and a few more popular, but impossible-to-ignore - stories from around the world.

I run this website by myself because i love learning about the tales handed down by our ancestors and sharing these global stories is an ongoing passion point of mine. I do all the research and write all the content and needless to say, it's a lot of information to get through and sometimes things might get overlooked or mis-interpreted!

If you feel passionately that any information is incorrect or mis-represented beyond normal creative license, feel free to say hello@mythfolks.com

I'd love to hear from you and the extra eyes are always helpful so i can keep improving what i put out for other like-minded, inquisitive souls!
